Judicial Referral

Courts, probation departments, attorneys, treatment providers, and other authorized referral sources may use this form to refer an individual to the Texas Drug Offender Education Program.

Submitting a referral does not complete the participant’s registration. The referred individual will receive instructions to select an available class, complete registration, and submit payment.
