I bring experience in behavioral health, admissions, and helping people understand services, requirements, and next steps during challenging situations.

I understand that some participants may begin this course feeling stressed, embarrassed, or uncertain about what comes next. My goal is to create a respectful learning environment where expectations are clear, questions are welcomed, and every participant is treated with dignity.

My approach goes beyond reading slides or simply checking a requirement off a list. I want participants to understand the material, consider how their decisions may affect different areas of their lives, and leave with practical information they can use moving forward.

I created Redefined A & D Program to make the process more organized and less confusing. Participants receive clear communication, live instruction, and guidance from registration through successful course completion.
