Redefined A & D Program collects only the information required to process a registration, deliver the Texas Drug Offender Education Program, communicate with participants, and satisfy administrative recordkeeping.

Information collected during registration and judicial referral may include legal name, date of birth, contact information, mailing address, county, court or case number if applicable, referral source, and payment details processed through Stripe.

Participant information is stored securely and is not sold or shared for marketing purposes. Information may be shared with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, courts, probation departments, referral partners, and other appropriate agencies when required for program administration or compliance.
